“Ugh,” said Sam. He shook his shirt. “The moon is much better. It’s always good weather. Earth is a bad place to live.”

“It is not,” said Linn. Her voice got louder. “The moon is fake. There’s nothing real on the moon. No water. No air. No life. How can you live on the moon?”

Sam glared at Linn.

“I wish I’d never come here!” he yelled.

“That’s because you’re scared of everything,” yelled Linn. “I can’t even bring Barker on our walks.” She ran past Sam to the house.

“Ahhh!” yelled Sam. But he wasn’t yelling at Linn. He was yelling because he felt pain. Something sharp had pinched him. He had a big red spot on his arm. Earth was getting worse and worse.
